When you submit a quotation or contact form, we collect your name, telephone number, optional email address, insurance category and details you choose to provide, such as general vehicle information or the number and broad age group of people to be insured.

2. How we use your information

We use submitted details to answer inquiries, prepare and discuss quotation options, contact relevant insurers where appropriate, and provide follow-up support. We do not sell your details to advertisers.

3. Sharing and service providers

To respond to your request, it may be necessary to share relevant information with insurance providers. Submitted inquiries are stored in our protected database. When email notifications are configured, a delivery provider also sends the inquiry to our business inbox; email delivery may be delayed or fail even though the request is saved. Contact links to WhatsApp and Instagram lead to third-party services subject to their own privacy terms.

4. Medical and sensitive information

Please do not enter medical diagnoses, medical records, identity-document numbers or other sensitive information in our public forms. If additional documentation is required for a quotation, we will discuss a suitable secure method separately.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiry information only as needed to manage requests, related relationships and applicable obligations. We store inquiries in a restricted-access server-side database and protect admin access with password hashing, short-lived sessions and access checks. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices
